1. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, all scam checks, reports, and assessments are based on the data available at the time of investigation. Fraudulent schemes can change rapidly, and we cannot guarantee that our findings will remain accurate after delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for scam-checking, analysis, or advisory services are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Once investigation or research begins, the service is considered rendered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.

  • Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe, unless delayed by factors beyond our control (e.g., lack of required information from the client).

4. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect results due to false or missing information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from reliance on our reports.

  • Any actions taken (or not taken) by the client based on our findings.

  • Inability to recover funds from a third party.

  • Refunds are only given if:

  • We do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with the outcome of our findings, as scam checks are based on available information and cannot guarantee results.

  • If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with proof of payment.
